Katie is an authentic women who isn’t afraid to share her own struggles with her audience similarly to what I try to do on this show. Another thing I appreciate about Katie is her belief in vulnerability. It’s so important to be honest with yourself when it comes to your mindset, and be able to analyze all different aspects of health, especially those beyond the physical aesthetics that the world can see.
