During Kevin and Glenn's first reunion since Kevin left MDUSA several years ago we spoke about Kevin's comeback to the sport of weightlifting. Glenn ended up going straight SAVAGE about Kevin's diet as an athlete, but also spoke about his great characteristics. Most interestingly to me they spoke about the differences in training between Cal Strength and MDUSA as well as the decline of MDUSA and what happened when Glenn left Cal Strength.

All in all this first half of the interview was extremely interesting, and I did my best to just let Glenn and Kevin catch up organically without too many of my fan questions!
