As a follow up to the Parenting and Entrepreneurs discussion with Julia Waller, in Episode 55, André shares how understanding how his kids and wife work best was transformational at home.  It is empowering to them, and they learn how to advocate for themselves.  André also discusses how the entrepreneur gets in a trap of taking their family for granted when growing a business.  It happens, now that you know, taking action NOW is important.
