We have quoted and referenced our parenting hero (Janet Lansbury) many times. So, when a very difficult episode topic was requested (i.e. toddler tantrums) we felt it most appropriate to learn from the best rather than pretend we have any idea what we are doing! Janet's book No Bad Kids: Toddler Discipline Without Shame is a quick read that we have both referenced a number of times throughout raising toddlers and proves to be a fantastic resource time and time again.
In this episode we introduce a new segment, discussing top-of-mind topics (from current favorite products to more meaningful ideas). Then we transition into our favorite points from No Bad Kids about managing toddler tantrums. We hope this episode proves to be helpful or at least provides a sense of camaraderie as we navigate this motherhood thing together! You've got this!

This book comes with practical tips and strategies that you can start to implement today and we wanted to share them with you! In this episode we cover principles 1-3 and the strategies that Dr. Gottman recommends implementing with each one.
