When I first met Krystal earlier this year I knew I had found a Spiritual Sister. She was open, honest and had a grounded nature that made me feel immediately comfortable to be myself.  She is also a Spiritual Coach, Teacher and Podcaster sharing her inspiring and incredible experience of finding her way to herself and a spiritual life.
 
Krystal was raised an 8th generation Mormon and followed all the rules and expectations as a young woman getting married, having children and being of service. However, she could feel that this life was not hers, and she began to question the life she had been given. She found strength and support from the voice of a spirit guide who offered her guidance and love.  Knowing that she needed to follow her own path and find her own connection to Higher Power she left the family faith and discovered inner strength, self-worth and her own way to happiness of a spiritual life of her own making.
