I've gotten this question a lot recently so figured it was time we dove into it! Today I'll answer this question, provide you with scripture to focus on with goal setting, pride, and also where our focus should always remain, JESUS. this is a fine line that can sometimes be crossed either by ourselves or wrongly by someone who loves us, knows us, or maybe they ain't a fan anyways lol But today we are going to dive into and discuss how discipline & disordered eating/exercise is not the same. Knowledge is power and it's wise to keep growing. I just don't want you to get overwhelmed with too much, leading you to analysis paralysis. So we keep it simple today with some answers and comparisons/ benefits of strength vs aerobic activity and how much to do according to your goals! But the focus always remains the same. We are not in this journey to lose a lb or lbs* its not a quest to simply get skinny but rather evidence of obedience to God, caring for our temples, creating a healthy dwelling place for His spirit!
