A lot of beauty business owners experience times of burnout and overwhelm when it comes to marketing and building your clientele. In today's episode, I'm going to share things you can do to streamline the process of building your clientele, so that you don't always have to play an active role in the process. AKA how to make it to where you can take breaks from social media, not have to post everyday, and still be filling your books because clients are consistently finding you. This is what I like to call marketing momentum & it's what helped me keep our books full with just 1-2 hours a week of maintaining our marketing strategy. When you build your marketing momentum, it does get to be easier, clients find you on their own, & you get to spend more time making money or doing things outside of you biz!

One topic that I do not see talked about enough in the beauty industry is taking maternity leave! This can be a nerve wracking thing to take an extended period of time off as a self-employed person. In this episode I shared my experiences with lashing while pregnant, taking maternity leave, ways to get clients back in the door when you come back to work, and just overall how to plan and be prepared for it effectively, so that you can enjoy your time off with your sweet new babe.
