In this episode we speak to three time world champion Lauren Weeks. After an amazing come back at the World Championships in Nice, we were able to dive into Laurens incredibly tough mindset and ask the questions we wanted to know about her mentality, how she's gets through tough moments in Hyrox and what it takes to stay at the top.
