We have a choice to make everyday. Are we going to continue to be frustrated and unhappy with what we don't have, or are we going to choose happiness and visualize and manifest a full and abundant life?  Our thoughts are powerful and we create a life that is based on those thoughts, both good and bad.  If we have a choice, what will you choose? What if we were able to let go of the anger and resentment we have of the people in our lives who have harmed us and see those experiences in a new way? What if we are able to recognize that those experiences, even the traumatic ones are part of our journey and were part of what has made us who we are today?  Can we take a new look at these experiences, these stories we tell, and see that the people who harmed us were sacred teachers? This can be a really hard idea to take on, but one that may be able to help you let go of major resentments and pain, and finally see those stories and people in a new light.
