Over the next couple of weeks I am going to be releasing some extra episodes of the MYP podcast to help serve anyone who might be feeling a little overwhelmed, anxious, stressed or who would just appreciate to hear my thoughts throughout these tricky times.

What our communities are begging for right now is leadership, compassion and direction and I think that we as natural health practitioners….chiropractors, naturopaths, Chinese Med practitioners, wellness experts… I want to remind you that we all have a very important role to play.

There’s a lot of information going around about Corona virus, some of it true, almost all of it terrifying but there seems to be one VITAL piece of information that almost no one is talking about and in this episode I want to share it with you.

Our community is constantly being told that they have little to no control over their health. They're told that health comes from a pill, a potion and a healthy dose of good luck...

...and this simply is not true.

This level of powerless is what is underpinning a significant amount of the fear that is rapidly growing in our communities.
