Super nerds! Grab an excel or flip chart. Put your answers together. Maybe put some categories to it.

Laying it all out, you can see the various buckets / areas. This also allows you to see the full picture and identify goals. And also the gaps. The gaps can help identify what your goals could be.

Make sure your goals are SMART

S - Specific

M - Measurable

A - Attainable / Achievable

R - Relevant

T - Time based

Now reverse engineer your goals. Work them backwards and map out each step!
