Whenever you consider taking your life from good to great, it may be common to think:
These thoughts are all a sign of toleration. Toleration is like a glue that keeps us stuck in a life of complacency.
When we release our attachment to toleration, we allow our lives to go from good to great..
Many people invest a lot of energy into tolerating people, careers and situations that drain them. All the energy used to tolerate the mediocre can be used to create the magnificent.
In this episode, you will learn how to spot the signs you (and your clients) are tolerating things in your life, and what to do about it.

Do you ever see pictures of people's lives and think, "I wish I had what they have..."? We've all been there.
Envy is the one emotion most people don't want to admit they have.
But, when utilized correctly, envy can become your secret weapon towards creating the life of your dreams. In this episode, I share how to spot envy in yourself and clients and the one thought you must have if you want to never experience envy again.

What if it were possible for you to sell your coaching for thousands of dollars? One of our philosophies we teach our students: be premium.
If you’re the cheapest coach, nobody expects you to be the best, and if you’re the best coach, nobody expects you to be the cheapest.
Premium coaches charge high-value, high-ticket programs. But being a premium coach is about much more than just charging more. It's about creating a space for your clients to experience the biggest transformations of their life. You get to serve people on the deepest level when you charge a premium.
Premium coaches attract premium clients. Premium clients are great to work with because they are committed to doing the work and getting great results in their life.
In this episode, we share the three types of buyers, what motivates people's buying decisions, and how to become a Premium Coach.

The first few minutes of a coaching session set the tone for how the rest of it will go.
The beginning of a session is where you must help your client identify where they are, where they want to be and what's getting in their way. You must do this mindfully because if you don't capture the right information, the rest of the session will end up sloppy and scattered.
In this episode, I break down the five biggest mistake most coaches make when starting a session (and how to avoid them).

There are two paths one can take as a coach:
If you want to do well as a coach, it is essential you get certified. However, pursuing your certification in coaching can be an exciting and intimidating exploration when you don't know what to actually look for in a coach training program.
In this episode, I share the top 9 most important things to consider for all starting coaches if you want to have the best learning experience and set up for success.
If you have a big mission, it will require big support. And you deserve the best support you can possibly get.

Many people are born coaches without even realizing it. People are often unaware of what it really takes to be successful as a coach, and people question if they have the potential to do well in this career.
When people hear about leadership coaching, life coaching, or business coaching for the first time, they think that the signs you will successful are if you have a lot of life experience, a large following, and charismatic, high energy personality.
The truth is that none of those elements matter. When I started life coaching in early 20's, I had little life experience. I did not have a large following or network. I was (and still am) introverted and shied away from the spotlight. Most people who become coaches realize that, in all their previous careers, something hasn't quite stuck.
When they finally discover coaching, they realize it's the exact thing they've been looking for. Coaching takes all the things they've loved about all their jobs and puts it all together, while also eliminating all the things they didn't like. In this episode, I take my research from training over 1,000 coaches to reveal the five signs you are born to be a coach.

Before I became a coach, I would hear about successful coaches and envy them. I thought they were so lucky. It aggravated me that they had a life that I most wanted. But then I realized that their life is just as attainable for me as it is to them. I have the opportunity to design a life I love.
Instead of being jealous of these coaches, I decided to be inspired by them. I let that guide me towards creating a life on my terms. After running a life coaching business for seven years, I have designed a life I truly enjoy living. I work when I want, take vacations often and still have the opportunity to make an impact on people's lives.
There are two big reasons why people become coaches. One is the impact of the work. You get to make a tremendous difference in people's lives doing highly rewarding work. The second reason is the freedom this career offers anyone who chooses it. Your own "day in the life" can look however you want it to look. If you could design your life without any limitation, how would you design it?
In this episode, I share what a typical day in my life is like now, and what it was like when I was getting started as a coach.

You don't HAVE TO market, you GET TO. It's a privilege to market yourself as a coach. Most coaches struggle with marketing because of their thoughts about it.
Marketing can be fun, simple and inspiring. In this episode, I will show how to get it done.
Here are the myths we cover in this episode:
"I need to register my business before I can begin."
"I need to get my life together before I can market myself."
"I have to pay for advertising to find clients."
"There are too many coaches out there already."
"I have to be really tech savvy to market myself well."
There has never been a better time to start a career as a coach. It is already a billion dollar industry and will only keep exploring over the next decade and beyond. To become a Certified Professional Coach, visit www.thrivingcoachacademy.com.
Do you think marketing yourself as a coach is hard, complicated or stressful?
Marketing is simply telling people you are a coach, building a relationship with them and seeing how you can help them.
When you understand how to market yourself well as a coach, you will find clients with ease.
Here are the myths we cover in this episode:

Many people have the assumption that all "pressure" we feel is bad. But what if pressure is one of the most important ingredients to guarantee your success?
Not all pressure is created equal. Negative Pressure is when you are being pushed to do something against your will. Positive Pressure is when you are being pushed to do things aligned with your goals.
Positive Pressure inspires you to show up to your goals in dreams more than ever before. It nudges you to become the person you want to become.
In this episode, I talk about the difference between positive and negative pressure and when pressure is appropriate (and often essential) to have when we are on the path the greatness.
