A client's best insights will come when they are in a Breakthrough State. This is when they are tapping into their highest level of consciousness. These moments happen quickly before they go away.
As a coach, you want your client to capitalize on the moments they are experiencing a breakthrough so they can extract as much power and insight from that breakthrough as possible.
It's kinda like when a surfer prepares to ride a wave. If the surfer catches the wave at the right time, they are able to ride it and go very far. But they need to catch the wave at the exact right time before it washes over them.
When your client rides a breakthrough, they will get exponentially more value from the session and get better results outside of the session.
In this episode, I share how to maximize a client's breakthroughs in a coaching session.

When you can think and act like an entrepreneur, your whole life expands.
You don't have to have a business to think and act like an entrepreneur.
There are five elements to having an entrepreneurial approach to life:
In this episode, I break down these five elements and share how to awaken the entrepreneur that is already within you.

What do you do when you are NOT in a coaching session, and someone brings up a challenge they are going through?
You may naturally be showing up as a coach in all contexts without realizing it, even in contexts where you aren't coaching a client.
You might have people call you out and say, "Are you coaching me right now?!"
But, because someone is complaining about a problem does not mean they want to solve it.
And, because you are a coach does not mean you are obligated to be the listening ear for your friends and family's problems all the time.
It's appropriate to be coach-like, but not to be someone's coach (if they aren't your client).
If someone is not your client, their problems are not your responsibility.
So, how do you turn your coaching switch "off" and still show up with compassion?
In this episode, I share how to turn off your "coaching switch" so you can show up neutrally to your friends, family, and significant other.

Have you ever had someone tell you, "You've changed" in a judgmental way?
Maybe they say, "You're different." Or, "You're not the person you used to be."
Sometimes people will have a negative reaction to your personal growth.
This can be hard because rather than be excited for you, they may instead pressure you to change back.
There's no reason for you to feel bad about your growth. Other people's reaction is none of your responsibility.
It's also not your responsibility to shrink down for someone else's comfort. Do not make yourself small for people who refuse to grow.
It is your birthright to grow, transform, and play full out.
When someone tells you that you've changed and judge you for it, this means you've stopped living your life their way.
So why is your transformation seen as a bad thing to some people, and how do you handle it?
In this episode, I share how to honor your growth even when others shame you for it.

Boundaries are often misunderstood.
At the basic level, people understand it's important to have boundaries in relationships.
But few people know how to enforce and maintain boundaries.
If you set boundaries without setting consequences, the boundary is counterproductive.
So, how do you confidently communicate a boundary? What do you do if someone has a negative reaction to your boundaries?
And most importantly, what do you do when someone violates a boundary you've set?
We teach people how to treat us. We teach people who we are.
In this episode, I share questions and approaches you can use to coach yourself and clients on how to set more advanced boundaries.

Ever ask your client a question and they struggle to come up with an answer?
It's normal for clients to respond with "I don't know", but that doesn't mean they actually don't have an answer.
It's important to not take an "I don't know" at face value. Usually, this means your client just needs a little bit of support accessing the answer.
Remember, if they don't know, nobody knows.
So, where do you go in a session if the client is stumped?
In this episode, I share five simple and powerful approaches to take when a client says, "I don't know."

You do not need confidence before you start something new.
Our brains may trick us into thinking that before we get started, we should feel more confident.
For coaches, you may think, "I will be able to get clients WHEN I am more confident."
This is actually not true. You don't need confidence to move forward in life. WHAT you actually need is WILLINGNESS.
The willingness to get started. The willingness for things to be messy.
And, frankly, the willingness to suck at something before you become really good at it.
As long as you are WILLING to show up, explore, and say yes... your confidence will go up.
The more willing is to dive in, the faster your confidence will build.
Are you willing to start something even when you don't feel ready, prepared, and confident?
In this episode, we explore the difference between confidence and willingness.

Do you ever feel like you are "wasting" your time when it comes to marketing your coaching business?
Many coaches put a lot of mental distance between the coaching part of their business and the marketing part.
You may think, "I love the coaching, but I hate the marketing!"
But, they are not all that different. They are the same.
Coaching is about connecting with people and serving them on a deep level. So is marketing.
Marketing can also be very fun if you know how to properly approach it.

What if one phone call can change your life forever?
In this episode, I talk about the Admissions Call, which is the required call we have with all our prospective students.
This is not a pushy sales call. This is a call where we support you in clarifying your vision and coming up with a plan for your success.
We have a phone call before you enroll because we treat every one of our students as a person, not a number.
We want to make sure with full certainty that we can support you, and that you feel amazing about your decision.

Ladies, when you think about making a lot of money, what does that bring up for you?
Maybe it brings up fear, excitement, doubt, or overwhelm.
You may think, “Can I really handle that? What will I need to sacrifice in order to have more success? How can I focus on myself when I have my family to take care of? Should I just be OK with what I have?”
Sometimes guilt comes up when you think about focusing on your own goals, dreams, and ambitions.
Here’s what we believe:
