The Power of Feng Shui. Huh? Yup. This is something we have never looked at on the Untapped Podcast before. It’s a brand new topic from a brand new guest.
So, pull up a rug, open the door, face away from the wall, and feel the love in your room, as we dive into The Power of Feng Shui for your business with Patrica Lohan.
Feng shui means ‘good health’ and ‘good harvest.’ It’s about making your home a healthy and supportive space so you can be more abundant. You activate each area in the house so that the energy flows better. It can be as simple as introducing a new quilt into your home office, or a fluffy rug under your feet.
But this podcast isn’t just about the practice. It’s also about the fierceness that is Patricia Lohan.
She’s a savvy businesswoman of note who sits super-comfortably in her power. She discovered feng shui when she was 16, and when she moved to Bali she started sharing her knowledge about the ancient practice. Social media, a course, tons of people...and BAM! Major success.
Creator of Feng Shui Mastery, and author of The Happy Home: A Guide to a Happy, Healthy, Wealthy Life, Patricia helps women make their homes magnetic to money, luck and blessings - and she’s helped thousands of people across the globe embrace it. She’s also helped people create lasting change in their homes, lives, and businesses.
And if you’re like...Natalie? Feng shui? I thought this was a business and mindset podcast, get this:
Bank of America, Disney, Merrill Lynch, every Whole Foods across America...all feng shui’d. This is not just for people who are kinda ‘hippied’. British Airways, all the Body Shops...feng shui’d like nobody’s business.
And it doesn’t mean you have to break down walls or move all your furniture around. It can be waaaay simpler than that.
In this podcast, we talk about:
✅ How to use feng shui to support your dreams and get you to your goals faster;
✅ How it relates to the law of attraction and why it might be the missing piece;
✅ How to create a happier life and business, and make more money.
✅ Trusting your gut and trusting your BUSINESS; and
✅ Finding friction points in your house and getting rid of them.
Feng shui is about a connection to the now and to the future; to what you want; to the things that are alive and vibrant and good. Remember that the next time you’re in your office, making bizz plans and creating your vision boards.

I believe in manifestation big-time, and I jammed with Lana Shlafer about it in this podcast last year.
And a little while ago I did a live video challenge every day for 29 days to explore personal growth and to get out of my comfort zone, and on Day 17 I decluttered my wardrobe! What a vibe.

We all have milestones in life: a 21st, a 30th, a 40th, 25 years working for one company, a 60th wedding anniversary. This is one of those days!
It’s the 100th episode of my podcast, UNTAPPED. And in celebrating 100 episodes, you asked me anything!
I was pretty jazzed when I got back after my December holiday to find that my team had arranged this. What a surprise and honour to get questions from my wonderful listeners, who tune in to my podcast and who I create it for every week.
In this episode, I bought in a special guest,Josh, my partner, who knows me best. He asked me all your questions...and I was an open book.
From overnight successes, the best (and hardest) things about being an entrepreneur; my obsession with teal; my fave foods and who I was as The Suitcase Entrepreneur; to my time at school; growing up in New Zealand; and all the details about my new book, Suck It Up Princess, we talk about it ALL!
In this episode (which is a vlog!) we uncover:
✅ The best and most difficult parts of being an entrepreneur;
✅ Why we love our clients (and how to deal with those you don’t);
✅ My advice for finishing that big project you’ve been stuck on;
✅ Your questions about how to go from not knowing anything about business to earning 10K a month; and
✅ How to start having deeper conversations with everyone you meet (even when you’re networking).

At the end of 2019, I had big visions for what lay ahead in 2020, however January 1st rolled around and the Universe stepped up and said, “Ooooohhhh, you have those plans? OK.
I see those plans. And I’m just going to sit here for a couple of months and watch you start them and then….BOOM! I’m gonna throw a pandemic your way.”
Jump to March and...well, I don’t need to carry on. This year simply wasn’t what anyone was expecting.
For me. I’m incredibly fortunate to have had a really great year, all things considered.
I’m a huge believer in practicing gratitude daily, regardless of how shite life’s become, or what you’re experiencing. It’s important to me that we use these opportunities like 2020 threw us, to learn and grow - even if they’re damn hard.
And that’s why I want to talk about the 5 best things I did in 2020.
One of the reasons I’m doing this, is because I want you to do the same. What did you do this year? What have you achieved? What challenges did you rise to? What did you learn?
It’s important that you reflect on this. Think about the year you’ve had - how you met it head-on; how you persisted and stayed strong. This makes you a fighter - it makes you resilient. Acknowledge your resilience and celebrate it.
In this episode I share the 5 best things I did in 2020:
✅ The best offer I've ever created in my business that’s had profound results
✅ The most cathartic yet challenging thing to achieve during lockdown
✅ How I built my dream team
✅ The income streams I’ve been building outside of my business
✅ The fitness phenom I've fallen for

If the last few years have taught us anything, it’s that trauma victims will no longer be silent about abuse or imbalances of power. It finally feels like a shift is happening.
Hallelujah, is all I can say.
But there’s a long road ahead of us. This newfound visibility highlights the lack of resources available for victims to cope and heal from their pain.
That’s exactly what my guest, Jennifer Storm, talks about in today’s episode. An award-winning victim’s rights expert, she is also a survivor of childhood rape, and drug and alcohol addiction, and she’s a best-selling author.
It was an honour to be able to chat with her and listen to how she’s moved through darkness and suffering to find an inner strength - showing other survivors that you can overcome trauma and thrive in your life.
In this episode we uncover:
✅ One thing you can do to help yourself heal;
✅ The practical steps you can use if you’re a survivor of sexual trauma and substance abuse;
✅ The kind of collective trauma we’re all experiencing due to the current pandemic;
✅ How you can find victim support and make the most of it to heal; and
✅ How writing 5 books has been an incredibly cathartic experience for her.
Mostly the message of today’s episode is that you’re not alone and it is possible to reclaim your life and your happiness.
Are you ready? Let’s dive into just a handful of what I’ve discovered and researched for you! Tune into episode 98 here.

It’s time to reclaim that inner child, lovely. But how do you do that? That is the million-dollar question! And I have the answer: You play. Yup. You rediscover your purpose using play.
Sounds easy, but when we’ve been told 'NO' approximately 148 000 times by the time we’re 18, it’s no wonder you and I are so afraid of playing and being who we are.
Me? I love doing cartwheels and handstands and making up stories. I’m all about curiosity and imagination, so learning to rediscover your purpose using play, with Jeff Harry was so exciting for me.
You spend so much of your time pretending to be a very serious and important grownup. When you let go of this BS, let your hair down, and PLAY, that’s when magic happens.
It’s time to embrace your inner child - nerdy, silly, gawky, fun, energetic...whatever she looks like. Give her all the love she deserves, and watch her make a difference and change lives.
Jeff believes that we already have many of the answers we seek, and by simply unleashing your inner child, you can rediscover your purpose using play and, in turn, help to create a better world.
In this episode we uncover:
✅ How Jeff frames his whole day for play;
✅ How play can help you rediscover your purpose;
✅ How embracing a play-oriented mindset may not only help your business survive but thrive;
✅ How ye can tap back into your inner child;
✅ How to deal with A-Holes through play; and
✅ What happens when you really get quiet.
Jeff’s energy is infectious. You will not be able to listen to this and not feel playful. Just. Not. Possible.

One of the things I’m a strong advocate for is saying what you’ll do, and doing what you’ll say, especially in business. As an upholder, I live and breathe this value of integrity.
This year, I’ve added to that, in wanting to not just be a leading learner, but a more inclusive leader. And I’ve added “imperfect ally” into my core set of values too.
When you run a company, you are investing in it every single day. It’s always with you. In your brain, in your heart, and your soul. So if it’s not aligned with your values, well, lovely, then you have a problem.
That’s exactly what my guest, Erica Courdae, shares in this interview. Erica is the inclusive leader of her own beauty salon, which focuses on healing stereotypes within the BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities.
So, she doesn’t only ‘talk the talk’, she walks it too! A DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion) Coach and Consultant, she’s on a mission to help every business owner she meets become an imperfect ally for underrepresented and marginalised communities.
Our conversation was full of insights, teachings, and discoveries. This is a woman who is HERSELF and owns it like a goddess. Leading with her values has helped her grow her coaching business from side hustle to full-time gig with 650% growth in the last year.
In this episode we uncover:
✅ What inspired Erica to become a DEI coach;
✅ What even IS an imperfect ally, and how can you become one;
✅ How she took care of her own mental and emotional wellbeing when business spiked after this year’s protests; and
✅ How leaders can operationalise their values -- instead of simply writing them on a poster -- so they become a part of the company culture and brand.

Ever wondered, “How about I start over”?
Now, before you say…..Woah, Natalie! Hold up, girlfriend. What’s going on in that head of yours...hear me out.
A start-over can be amazing. It can be one of the greatest gifts you give yourself. And there are tons of reasons for it to happen:
My advice? Listen to that inner voice. It is trying to tell you something.
Whatever the reason, it’s OK to want change. Change actually isn’t the thing we need to watch out for. What we need to watch out for is how we handle the change.
That’s exactly what my guest, Kelsey Chapman talks about in today’s episode. This powerhouse grew a multiple 6-figure business in two years from a blog and side hustle. And then she gave it all up to start again from scratch.
Kelsey knew that if she was going to conquer the overwhelm of starting again, and not burn herself out the way she had with her previous biz, she was going to have to tackle something very early on. What was this thing? All in the podcast, lovely.
The main thing, she says, is not to get stuck in your old patterns and habits. We have to shift our mindset. And to do this, we need help.
One key way to do this is through mentorship, which Kelsey (and myself) are huge believers in. So much so, that she’s written a book about it (what a Queen), due for release in February 2021
It’s time for you to go from dream to done. Tune in to Episode 95 here.
In this episode we uncover:
✅ How Kelsey’s lack of boundaries lead to her resenting and totally hating her own business, and how she had to sort that out in a hurry.
✅How competency is different from flow - because you might be competent at some things but if they don’t give you flow, you gotta say NO.
✅ How to build a new business and not slip back into those old patterns and habits.
✅ Why having a team means you can produce more, go further and be more powerful.
✅ What it means to be a misfit in your industry and;
✅ How mentoring can literally be a game-changer.

This week is all about CELEBRATION! My book, The Freedom Plan, is two years old, and I couldn’t be prouder. The book was actually created off the back of a best-selling online course. Why? Let’s take a look:
What if I told you that you can create your own Freedom Plan? So that you can earn more, work less, and be free? Does that sound too good to be true? Well, it ain’t!
There are hundreds of thousands of people out there who’ve gone off and figured out their own route in business and in life, based on what they already know, the skills they already have and more importantly, the lifestyle they desire.
I’ve spent years researching this and discovering how different people can achieve these goals. And then I wrote a book about it! So, that’s what we’re looking at today on the UNTAPPED podcast.
Before we dive in, it’s important to tell you about a moment in my life that I’ll never forget. I’d developed knowledge about social media in a tech start-up that I’d created. And I realised that I could take all the knowledge I had, and run workshops and courses, and make money from them.
I was like, what the what? It meant that I could package everything in my brain, and turn it into a business that I could run from anywhere in the world.
I went from running a social media bootcamp, to turning that into an online course. Then creating a toolkit and turning that into an online course, to then piloting the first Freedom Plan Course, turning that into my best performing, multiple six-figure course, and then key parts of it into a No#1 Bestselling book.
When you figure out the right combination of revenue streams, that align with your strengths and abilities, that allow you to live and work from anywhere, you have the most amazing amount of freedom and flow.
In The Freedom Plan book, I talk about how all of this is possible.
Just starting out? No problem.
Don’t think you have anything to offer? Incorrect!
No accreditation or certification? Who cares.
All you need is to be able to teach people something you know, that they want to know. To make the complex simple. It’s not rocket science people!
But first, you need to be clear on your best path to monetisation. And that’s exactly what we look at in this episode of UNTAPPED.
In this episode we uncover:
If you want to take this a step further and start growing your six figure business with a beautiful community of womxn entrepreneurs, and receive unapologetic coaching, accountability, support and help implementing your vision, join the $10K Club here.

A lot of what I talk about in The Freedom Plan book has to do with knowing your value and charging what you’re worth, and I just happen to have done a fabulous podcast recently where I talk about this very thing with Natalie Coombe. Take a listen to crack the code on what it takes to charge what you’re worth and price yourself right.
Aaaaand if you’re keen to hear even more about why it’s so important to turn your online course into a book, and how you can do it, listen to this.

Do you believe that you can manifest miracles? Or are you feeling lost, tired, and not loving the life that you’ve built?
I believe you can manifest miracles in your everyday life. Yes, you, you gorgeous thing! That’s what tapping into your full potential is all about. I know if you stay connected to your vision and start taking action from that place, you can’t help but create your dream reality.
I am a huge fan of envisioning your life and business dreams in vivid detail, and seeing and feeling them so vividly, that they become real to you, and actually happen.
Over the years I’ve done this in winning a Bodysculping Championship as a complete novice, writing and publishing my first ever Bestselling Book, getting to speak on a TEDx stage, having a six-figure launch, meeting my dream man, and more - all through the power of manifesting.
That’s why I know you’ll love my kindred spirit Lana Shlafer, who knows exactly how to manifest miracles. Her story and the wisdom she shares with us in this episode are truly extraordinary.
She came from communist Russia when she was just 12 years old, where any ideal life she could dream of, seemed near impossible in such a bleak environment.
But Lana believed, and she did everything in her power to get over to the US, and begin a new life as an immigrant with hope and a dream, like millions have done before her.
She had to redefine so many parts of herself and everything she knew to be true up until that point.
Lana threw herself into her new life, and worked her way up and into a great career in investment banking. Along the way, she thought she could create enough external success to feel fulfilled.
During the birth of her twins, she discovered how powerful we truly are, and made it her mission to continue tapping into that potential.
Now she teaches others how to manifest miracles in their everyday lives, and the seven common limits we have that stop us from creating miraculous results.
In this interview, we discuss how these limits actually aren’t a bad thing and how you can work with them instead of fighting against them.
Of course, we couldn’t have a chat about manifestation in 2020 without talking about how to manifest even through chaos, right? Lana shares one thing you can do to start manifesting miracles now!
Are you ready to manifest miracles? Tune into episode 93 here.

Here’s something I never thought I’d say: you can absolutely go from entrepreneur to a millionaire CEO in four steps. And they’re four pretty easy steps. They just take a lot of YOU to get them done. But YOU are awesome. So, let’s smash this.
What is the difference between being a lifestyle entrepreneur and being a 7-figure CEO? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.
At least, there doesn’t have to be. A lifestyle entrepreneur is defined as “an individual who creates a business for the purpose of changing their lifestyle instead of making profits.”
But we are not definitions in a dictionary, are we? Hell, no. As someone who spent nine years as a lifestyle entrepreneur, I’ll say it again: HELL NO to that.
And I say it in my UNTAPPED podcast this week too.
Here’s why: there is no reason why you can’t have your cake, and eat it. Yes, you can focus on your lifestyle, work 20-25 hours a week, and spend the rest of your time exploring the city you’re in. But you can also make a (BIG) profit if you operate a great business, and you’re clear on your intentions.
I know that as a lifestyle entrepreneur I wasn’t taking myself as seriously as I could have, and there were certain steps I had to take to scale my business. Because, honestly…why couldn’t I have the mindset of a 7-figure entrepreneur, and do it while keeping my lifestyle in mind?
Besides the profit you can make in your business (did I mention it’s big?), this mindset also helps you achieve the things that keep your soul fed. You’ll hire people, improve lives, and make the impact you want to make.
So, how do we shift that mindset, and get all the juicy millionaire entrepreneur goodness flowing? We cover a lot of this in the $10K Club - our beautiful community of womxn entrepreneurs. You can join the $10K Club here (aka the most unapologetic badass ladyboss club out there).
