OH BABY! 3 full seasons of Life's a Wreck in the books! I can't thank you guys enough for all the love and support you've shown throughout the past season, it means the world to me. A special thank you to everyone who has reached out through social media to share their story with me. To know that you guys feel comfortable to open up about the tough times in your life makes me more proud than you can imagine. With all that mushy gushy stuff said, I think we have the perfect way to cap off this season, a conversation with former Humbolt Bronco Tyler Smith. Tyler was one of the people involved in the tragic Humbolt bus crash of 2018 that took the lives of 16 of Tyler's teammates, coaches, and friends. In this episode, we talk about his recovery and return to hockey and then his subsequent decision to step away from the game he loves to focus on his mental health. Tyler is now a mental health advocate and wants to share his story in hopes it will inspire others to do the same. Kick back and relax because this is an all-time episode of Life's a Wreck. See ya's in Season 4!
