Lauren Semple from Equestrian Fitness Scotland is one busy lady and yet she still finds time to support and encourage other equestrians to get fitter and stronger.
In this episode Liz Daniels chats to Lauren about what inspired her to help other riders improve their fitness and the quick results her clients get when they commit to just 10 -15 minutes a day of doing the right exercises.
