But these are the expectations and standards that we, as a collective have set. This is why so many of us feel guilty for taking time for ourselves or not loving going to the park. So how can we change that? 

Dr Sophie Brock, Motherhood Studies Sociologist, joins us to debunk mum guilt and how to we can change it.
