With an educational background in Criminal Justice and Sociology from Western Michigan University, Kelly has been working to achieve success since his first paper route job when he was twelve. His goal is to make NTM the gold standard in the IT industry, and he’s on a mission to leave a legacy of making a difference—or, as he calls it, “making a dent.”

On January 31st, 2023, Kelly’s book "Harder Than Life: Overcoming Poverty, Addiction and Violence" will be released.
