Laura Bruce, PhD. is a licensed clinical psychologist based in Philadelphia, who specializes in the treatment of OCD, anxiety disorders -- including social anxiety, panic disorder, health anxiety, generalized anxiety -- and related conditions such as insomnia, depression, and chronic stress. After receiving a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Virginia and helping conduct research at University of Pennsylvania’s School of Medicine, she went on to receive a M.A. and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Temple University. She has published several articles in peer-reviewed journals as well as authored book chapters on anxiety assessment and treatment. In addition to her clinical work, she provides consultation and training for other mental health providers in evidence-based treatments for anxiety disorders.
