  • The body talks! When we pay attention, we notice we may be thirsty, hungry, or more tired than usual.

  • The body loves routine and will adjust to the changes you are making consistently.
  • To reach those big goals, you will need to do small things repeatedly.
  • Why? Know the reason WHY you are here doing this hard work.
  • If you want to indulge, make indulging in the process your goal. It's healthy for you!
