You may be thinking some fresh faced, Justin Bieber type figure, but no Mark is a hardened ex-coporate guy who found fitness late and decided to share his journey to become 'Above Average'!

Mark's channel covers all things Running, Cycling, Zwifting, Swimming, Lifting, Health, Fitness, Motivation and Jokes. But we really started to delve into what it takes to get into the mind set to be fit.

He's discovered what he thinks is the trick to making health a lifestyle and is determined to demonstrate that being 'above average' can make you pretty exceptional!
