Do you even Kegel Man?

Kegels benefit us men in a vast array of ways. It helps men who who have to deal with urinary incontinence along with men who struggle with ED and premature ejaculation.

For many of us here we're looking to utilize this exercise as a way to make our Penis stronger and enhance blood flow. In doing this theoretically it should lead to more growth. 

Hence the importance of this exercise! The beauty of Kegels is that you can do it absolutely anywhere one thing to keep in mind is that you should not over train this muscle. Like any other muscle it needs time to rest and recover so it can come back stronger.

This Episode is in response to a question I got regarding water penis pumping. 

As you may know most water penis pumps are not cheap! In fact it’s much cheaper to use an air pump..... and just add water. There are certain things to keep in mind but you’ll save plenty of coin in the process.

This episode is based off of a question that I got in regards to instantly increasing size. Is it possible?

Is there a single best exercise for bigger arms? In this episode we will go over how to go about learning the best ways to get your arms to grow.

Heat is an underrated element when it comes to PE!
