I’ve decided to take a decon break from PE for the next two weeks. Deconditioning can be used to our advantage in that when you begin PE again your penis will not be as conditioned as it once was. Meaning, you can bust through plateaus or stimulate your penis in a different way after the break (almost like your making newbie gains again). Ultimately we’re here to make gains and sometimes throwing in decon break every once in a while is exactly what you need to get growing again!

I've always viewed this day as one of rest and recovery its never a strenuous day. Its like after training hard for 5 days you want to use this day to keep turtling at bay and stay as long and full as possible. To maximize expansion one must always look to stay in an expanded state as long as possible!
