  • Episode 47: Lawyers' Topics

In this episode, Jim and Tyson will go through 3 different topics. First, an upsetting article about how prominent suicide actually is amongst lawyers. Then, a real life example about how it is not a good idea to have all your eggs in the same basket, and finally, an awesome tip on how to increase your Google reviews.

Tyson’s tip: A book. “The 48 Laws of Power” by Robert Greene. It teaches you how to manipulate people. Very interesting.  https://www.amazon.com/48-Laws-Power-Robert-Greene/dp/0140280197

Hacking’s hack: Also a book. “Oversubscribed: How to Get People Lining Up to Do Business with You”, by Daniel Priestley. About how to build a man in your firm.

  • Episode 46: The Power of One

In this episode, Jim and Tyson will go through a list of 4 thoughts about when it comes to being a lawyer, a legal marketer and running your own firm.

    1. Believe that you are the one for the job. Believe in you. This mindset will help you get things done. “The Ownership Mindset”.
    2. Think of your clients as the one and only person. Then automate and delegate to accomplish that level of service from one person to another.
    3. If you do it once, you should automate it.
    4. If it works one, you can replicate it… If you can get your message out there to the right person, you can grow your firm as big as possible.
