From her early days as a skeptical mother searching for answers to becoming a classically trained homeopath, Mary shares how intuition, deep listening, and patient-centered care have shaped her approach. Tune in to hear about her formative experiences with remedy selection, her view on the role of the vital force, and how the art of observation plays a central role in healing. Mary Sheiko received her Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in English Literature from Christendom College after completing her high school education as a homeschooler. She is currently training for her Licentiate in Homeopathy (LCHE) at The Centre for Homeopathic Education in London as a remote student, with graduation set for June 2026.
Mary brings a strong background in patient advocacy, particularly for individuals with thyroid, adrenal, and gut health dysfunctions. Before formally studying homeopathy, she gained first-hand experience supporting those with methylation and detox challenges, Lyme Disease, PANS/PANDAS, and various neurological disorders, including Apraxia of Speech, Global Apraxia or Developmental Coordination Disorder, Autism, and ADHD/ADD.
Her homeopathic training equips her to adapt a Classical approach in practical, individualized ways to meet the unique needs of each client. She has experience with polycrests, homeopathic detox methods, nosodes (including miasmatic work), sarcodes, organ support, and cell salts. Her additional studies include Cell Salts with Miranda Castro, as well as specialized training on Narayani remedies, the Banerji Protocols, and Liz Lalor’s Infertility approach with Anne Gabarre, RSHom.
Mary is a member of both the Society of Homeopaths and the International Institute for Complementary Therapists. Alongside her formal training at CHE, she actively pursues ongoing education through webinars, courses, and collaborations with colleagues and mentors to continually enhance the support she provides.
She is also honored to serve at a virtual homeopathic clinic in The Gambia, Africa, where she contributes to making homeopathic care accessible to underserved communities.
