There’s no denying it: this is not Christmas as normal, and we’re starting to feel it... Our emotional wellbeing is taking a knock as we have to rethink Christmas and how to celebrate. COVID grief is very real and although we cant solve the world’s problems, we can work on how we process our reality. One word: Hope.
