We were incredibly appreciative that Sandy (as he is better known) joined us during some downtime after a crazy Hyrox 23/24 season. We discussed his training leading into the Hyrox World Championships, his mindset and how a tough season may have actually helped him take control of the Elite 15 race in Nice. Team England captain he then led them to the win in the first ever country relay.

Sandy is an incredible athlete. He is the second fastest Hyrox Male in the world and he holds the Mens Pro Doubles World Record with Hunter McIntyre. We are so excited to see what he can do next season after this huge performance!
