If you work with gen pop clients or runners that are struggling with nagging aches and pains, then this episode is a must-listen.
Dr. Michelle Boland is a certified strength and conditioning coach with distinction and owner of Michelle Boland Training, LLC.
Michelle was previously the Director of Education at a private training facility and has several years experience as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for a D1 collegiate institution.
Michelle specializes in movement biomechanics, athletic development, and improving fitness while addressing nagging pain or injuries that may be limiting performance.
And in this episode, I think there’s some great discussion about how to help these clients the most when it comes to writing their programs and training them in the gym.
When they walk in – BOOM! – they should feel like a part of the community. – Michelle Boland
