We will learn:
Have you ever wondered why some areas of your life just flow effortlessly while others areas feel like a constant struggle?
Life's full of decisions, and sometimes, we just pick a way and hope for the best. It can be a bit of a wild ride, figuring things out as we go. But what if you could get a sneak peek into who you really are?
This is where Human Design steps in. It's like having a map in hand that highlights your strengths, uncovers your challenges, and guides you on how to navigate life most effectively.
Human Design is about lining up with what feels right and flowing along with life's rhythm, making choices that feel good deep down in your heart and soul, and navigating the world in a way that starts to feel effortless.
So, that’s what we’re talking about today.
Our guest is Emma Dunwoody. She is a qualified Master Coach and Human Behavioral Specialist who wakes people up to the power within them using her unique method of Transformational Human Design. Her vision is to take Human Design mainstream so it becomes more widely accepted than any other global profiling, behavioral, or healing system — to inspire everyone to unlock their inner wisdom, take their power back, and feel deeply confident in the decisions they make.

We will learn:
Have you ever questioned the true impact of your actions, or even your thoughts, on the world around you?
I think we’re seeing one side of this. I don’t think any of us will deny that, as a whole, humans have lost their connection with nature.
This disconnect didn't just begin with industrialization; its roots stretch far back in history, intertwined with the evolution of scientific thought. It's important to remember that much of what we accept as settled science is still evolving. We're continually discovering new, profound insights that border on the magical.
And isn't it ironic? We've been conditioned to see our reality as kind of mundane, not realizing that life is really magical. We are not isolated beings fighting against the world; we are vital parts of a vibrant, interconnected web of existence.
So, how do we reclaim this magical, empowering perspective? How do we start seeing nature not as something separate but as an extension of ourselves and a reflection of the divine?
That’s what we’re talking about today.
Our guest is Marcel Gleiser. He is the Appleton Professor of Natural Philosophy and professor of physics and astronomy at Dartmouth College, a world-renowned theoretical physicist and public intellectual. He’s authored hundreds of technical and nontechnical papers and essays and six books in English translated into 18 languages. He is a Fellow of the American Physical Society, a recipient of the Presidential Faculty Fellows Award from the White House, and founder and past director of the Institute for Cross-Disciplinary Engagement at Dartmouth.

We will learn:
Let’s face it: no matter how in tune you are with your emotions and spirituality, dealing with change can be tough. It’s somewhat smoother when you’re the one choosing the change, but even then, there are those little details that catch you off guard.
Because here’s the thing. The only constant is change. Let that sink in. The only constant is change. Everything is always changing all the time. So why wouldn’t we try to get better at dealing with change?
Our situations change, the world changes, our bodies change, people change, we change. In fact, everything is always cycling through states of order, disorder, and reorder.
And that sounds a little overwhelming, but guess what? If this cycle wasn’t always occurring, nothing could get better either.
So today we’re going to learn to navigate this cycle with a little more grace.
Our guest is Brad Stuhlberg. He is the bestselling author of “Master of Change and The Practice of Groundedness.” He writes for The New York Times and is on faculty at the University of Michigan's Graduate School of Public Health.

We will learn:
Have you ever stopped to think about how seemingly insignificant decisions have shaped your life?
Every little decision we make can send us down a different path. But there’s no sense in dwelling on the paths not taken.
Instead, we can focus on getting better at making those small choices as they come. That's where the real power lies.
So that's what we're talking about today. Our guest is Shane Parrish. He is an entrepreneur, investor, and the wisdom seeker behind the popular website Farnam Street, where he writes about hidden insights that help you achieve lasting success.
His online course, Decision by Design, has helped thousands of people worldwide learn the repeatable behaviors that improve decision-making in the real world.

We will learn:
Do you ever find yourself caught between wanting acceptance and wanting others to change?
Family has a particular way of amplifying this mental dilemma, especially our mothers.
It's this tricky thing where we're trying to be our own person, but we also want that nod from our moms, like, "Hey, you're doing great." It's known as the "Mother Wound."
It's about navigating the delicate balance between seeking our mothers' pride and approval while also honoring our own truths and the unique ways we choose to live our lives, raise our children, and even rest our souls.
So that's what we're talking about today. Our guest is one of my favorite people and close friends Ashley Stahl. She's been on the show a few other times and I'm so glad to have her back.
Although she is currently without children, she's found that suddenly her relationship with her own mom is experiencing a little more friction than usual. So, as friends tend to do, we're going deep into our experiences, and as podcasters tend to do, we're sharing our mess with all of you in hopes that it brings relatability, a little insight, and maybe even some compassion and healing.
Ashley is the author of You Turn: Get Unstuck, Discover Your Direction, and Design Your Dream Career. She is the host of the podcast of the same name.

Have you ever taken a moment to ask yourself what truly matters to you?
I'm talking about a deep dive into the core of your being to unearth your values and not just a fleeting thought that skims the surface. Sure, family, kindness, and respect matter to me, but what about a profound understanding of your values that acts as your inner compass?
Imagine knowing your values so intimately that they become the filter for every decision you make, ensuring that every choice is a step towards a life that's not just fulfilling but actually resonant with the essence of who you are.
I recently took some time to reconnect with my values. It's something that I do every 3 years or so to ensure that they still resonate with me.
I want to make sure that my values grow as I do, especially with the changes that come with parenthood. It's also just refreshing to reassess and redefine my path, making sure that it aligns with not only who I am now but also who I'm evolving into.
So, how does this relate to a Black Friday gift guide episode?
Because one of my top values is intention, and the products that I'm about to share with you are all about intentional living.
So in today’s episode, I’m sharing a whole bunch of intentional living tips that I’ve been using to bring my life into alignment with my values.

We will learn:
Have you ever experienced something that you just never quite got over? A loss, a betrayal, a violation of some sort? Or maybe a memory resurfaced years later, followed by a whole lot of emotions that you never really saw coming.
What I've come to understand is that time does not heal all. Time allows some space to do something with the pain. But that something isn't always productive, especially if we try to let it process itself.
So, how do we unpack our emotional suitcases to move through life a little lighter or, even better... fully engaged with the here and now?
That's what we're talking about today.
Our guest is Madeline Popelka. She grew up in a household where mental health was never discussed, which was extra hard given she experienced multiple traumatic events. When she started to experience PTSD symptoms in her late twenties, she realized she didn't know the first step in getting help. As Madeline began her healing journey, she felt the urge to create space for other trauma survivors on Instagram @healingfromptsd, which is now one of the largest trauma healing communities on Instagram. There, she shares her hard-earned lessons on healing, inspiring hundreds of thousands of survivors along their healing journeys. She's also the author of “You're Going to Be Okay”.

We will learn:
Have you ever felt torn between two perspectives?
Well, what if there's no such thing as the "wrong" way? What if what's right for me isn't necessarily what's right for you? And what if what's right for you today isn't what will be right for you next year?
Even more mind-bending, what if everything is unfolding exactly as it should, no matter how chaotic or painful it might seem in the moment?
The challenge is, we're bombarded with so many options that it's hard to see this divine plan amid the chaos of our choices. So, how do we connect with that inner wisdom that sees the bigger picture and helps us make confident, bold choices?
Well, we're diving deep into all of this today.
Our guest is Derek Sivers. Frankly he's one of the most unique and interesting people I've ever met. He is an author of philosophy and entrepreneurship, known for his quotable insights and succinct writing style. He has been a musician, programmer, and TED speaker, and he sold his first company for $22 million and gave all the money to charity.

We will learn:
Have you ever wondered if the wise sages of the past knew something we're just rediscovering? I mean, what if the teachings in ancient spiritual texts actually cozied up with quantum physics? Intriguing, right?
The gnostic gospels, which were rediscovered in Egypt in 1945, were basically foreshadowing quantum physics long before it had a name. They were hinting at ideas like the Big Bang, parallel universes, the so-called God particle, and even the quantum field.
And here's where it gets really cool. When you get this, like really get it, you understand exactly how to align with the universal flow.
Could that be the reason this wisdom was kept under lock and key for centuries? Can't have the peasants realizing their power right?
So let's take back that power back and return to our divine roots.
Our guest is Peter Canova. He is highly successful, multi-lingual, international businessman who, after a series of life-changing spiritual experiences, began studying and writing on spirituality and consciousness. He is the author of the 25X award-winning “First Souls Trilogy” and has contributed to the popular “Chicken Soup for the Soul” series.

We will learn:
We humans spend a lot of time collectively thinking about what happens when we die... is there heaven, hell, purgatory, a multitude of realms, just nothing but the box we're buried in...
But do you ever consider what of ourselves, if anything, existed before we were born?
If our souls are eternal, that means they have always existed, so our souls were here before incarnating into this particular body.
So what if we actually chose to incarnate?
Many intuitive and spiritual thought leaders have discussed the idea of soul contracts- agreements we make before our earthly birth to learn certain lessons and fulfill a particular purpose.
So, what do you think? Is your life unfolding according to some celestial blueprint? And if it is, how does that make you feel about the choices you're making right now? Got you thinking, huh?
Well this is one of the things we're discussing today. Our guest is Asil Toksal, an expert guide on awakening journeys, expanding consciousness, and integrating spiritual experiences. Asil channels transformational energy and wisdom from higher consciousness, fostering humanity’s evolution.
