The Stop Drinking Coach

Mindset - You MUST Be Willing To Go To War

Listen Later

You have to be willing to go to war. This is the mindset you NEED to have as you approach this process. You cannot be lackadaisical, half in, half out. Or you will continue to repeat the same mistakes and continue suffering the consequences. You have to begin waking up.

In war, you would not drop your pants and give in at the fist site of discomfort. At the first sign of pain. At the first sign of things be hard or not going your way...would you? If you were fighting for your LIFE, for your kids...for your family...for your tribe?

Not a chance. You'd fight to the death.

What makes you think this journey is any different? It's because you were conditioned to believe that what you're drinking is cool, fun and sophisticated.

When in reality, you're pouring poison into a quantum super computer.

This is how I want you to approach this journey.

Because there is a system designed to keep you down. To keep you numb. To keep you disconnected. To keep you controlled.

This is about RECLAIMING YOUR SOUL. This is about taking your life back. Because if you don't, this thing WILL kill you. You can't beat it. You can't outdrink the alcohol.

Listen to me. You have to be willing to go to war. This means you prioritize your sobriety over everything during the first few months. Just like if you were getting ready to go to war to protect yourself and your family, you would prepare in every possible way;

- You'd find the best weapons

- You'd acquire food and water reserves

- You'd figure out the best tactics and strategies for offense and defense

- You'd train, day and night and be prepared.

If you think you're going to go into this with a lazy half measure of "we'll see how it goes" - you've already lost.

Get your mind right. Figure it out. You and your family deserve it. It's time to reclaim your freedom.
