That’s when his mental health from the combined stress of losing both parents and the lack of support from an employer in dealing with an external threat. Minihane took a leave of absence from his top rated Kirk and Callahan Show in September 2018 but instead of having an employer who would support him, he was prevented from coming back without preconditions. In the end, Kirk left his top rated morning show for the offer of freedom and creativity with a show on their platform, Radio.com.
