Heliostar Metals CEO Charles Funk joins Trevor Hall to break down a record Q2, including 14,800 ounces of gold production, rising cash balances and the company's all-in sustaining costs. They also discuss the production outlook at La Colorada, exploration upside, and the work underway at Ana Paula as Heliostar targets a path toward tripling production without shareholder dilution. Charles also explains why advancing Ana Paula through permitting, feasibility and project financing could become the next major re-rating catalyst for Heliostar.

Sterling Metals CEO Mathew Wilson told Mining Stock Daily that the September 2025 MEPS discovery at the Soo Copper Project near Sault Ste. Marie — which returned 265 metres grading 1.05% copper equivalent — is not an isolated hole, but the center point of a 30-kilometre mineralized corridor bookended by two historic copper mines. The company launched a 20,000-metre drill program intended to establish the footprint and grade of that mineralized area.
Northisle Copper and Gold's newly integrated mineral resource estimate adds 330 million tonnes of indicated material, a 36% increase, across the North Island Project's four deposits on northern Vancouver Island. CEO and President Sam Lee spoke to Mining Stock Daily. Lee attributed the growth primarily to a 405-million-tonne, 0.5% copper-equivalent high-grade zone identified near surface across the Northwest Expo, Red Dog, West Goodspeed and Hushamu deposits, which he said would be mined early in the project's roughly 29-year life to fund the balance of development.
Coppernico's new EIA-Sd permit nearly triples its drillable land at Sombrero, the company's flagshp project in Peru. Chair and CEO Ivan Bebek was interviewed by Mining Stock Daily. Fierrazo is a prime target for drilling, with Nioc queued next once a separate community agreement and permit come together.
Barrick Mining and Newmont Corporation have reached a landmark agreement to amend their Nevada Gold Mines joint venture. New drill results out today from Scorpio Gold, Cascadia Minerals, Discovery Mining and Gold X2. Coppernico Metals has received approval of its expanded Environmental Impact Assessment. White Gold publishes a PEA.

In this week's long-form episode of Mining Stock Daily, Trevor Hall welcomes back two of our favorite market commentators for an in-depth look at the macro and technical forces driving markets.
In the first segment, Peter Boockvar breaks down the unprecedented U.S. Treasury and Federal Reserve support for Japan's yen intervention, why it matters for Treasury markets, the implications for gold, and whether global central banks are quietly reshaping the monetary landscape. Peter also discusses manufacturing trends, inflation pressures, AI-driven investment, and what he's hearing from corporate earnings calls.
In the second half, Frank Cappelleri of CappThesis walks through the charts that matter most. From the S&P 500's breakout and semiconductor leadership to gold, silver, mining stocks, and the U.S. dollar, Frank explains what the technicals are saying—and what investors should be watching next. If you're listening on audio, be sure to check out the YouTube version to follow along with every chart discussed.

1911 Gold enters the second half of 2026 backed by a fully closed $35.65 million financing. CEO Shaun Heinrichs spoke to Mining Stock Daily. The last half of 2026 will be milestone-heavy stretch: a global resource update, finalized test mining targets with stope development underway, and True North Mill startup following completion of the crushing circuit.
Revival Gold is back with one of its most significant drill results to date from the Joss Zone at the Beartrack-Arnett Gold Project in Idaho. CEO Hugh Agro joins Trevor Hall to discuss the headline intercept of 131.7 meters grading 3.43 g/t gold, what it says about the growing scale and continuity of the underground system, and why Joss could become a much larger value driver for the company than previously envisioned. They also discuss the latest progress at the Mercur Gold Project in Utah, upcoming catalysts, and Hugh's thoughts on the recent breakout in the gold price.
Tudor Gold CEO Joe Ovsenek joins Mining Stock Daily to discuss the company’s latest drilling at the Perfectstorm zone within the Treaty Creek Project in British Columbia’s Golden Triangle. New results confirm a separate gold-copper-molybdenum porphyry system alongside the existing epithermal target, with two rigs continuing through the summer season. Ovsenek also updates the timing of the Goldstorm preliminary economic assessment, ongoing discussions with Seabridge Gold, and efforts to consolidate full ownership of Treaty Creek. He explains why the coming milestones could sharpen investor focus on Tudor’s large gold-copper development opportunity.
