We've made it! The final month of 2020! There is no better way to wrap this year up and send it off, than with a BANG! Today I take you through a personal exercise I have curated to help me in my own reflection and assessment of my year. This can be used at any stage to help you process and understand your priorities moving forward. When I say BANG, I not only mean fireworks and all, but I am talking about B for Balance, A for Appreciation, N for Novelty and G for Growth - all key things I believe are essential to any contemplation of the year gone by, and that to come.
