  • 386 - Beware of Mutineers

When you have a mutineer within your ranks they can rip apart your business very quickly. Mutineers have a deep need for attention. They'll start rumors and cause unnecessary questions to be asked. It may not always be intentional but if there's someone constantly casting doubt over your leadership abilities it's going to chip away at the relationship you have with your team. I want you to be able to clearly see who these people are.

If you want to communicate with your team effectively to achieve goals faster than you ever thought possible go to billionairecode.com/apply - My team will get back to you personally and get you on a call to see how we can help you.

  • 384 - Grieving a Business

In my twenties, I built a massive organization but there came a time when I decided I wanted to get out of that company. I was on the verge of burning out and I decided to sell. What shocked me was the successful exit of my business was one of the most constraining and momentum crushing things that had ever happened in my life. One day I was critically important, everybody needed me. The next day my phone literally didn't ring. When you make the choice to move out of a business you're really going back and erasing that future you created the day you opened the business. When you sell a business, you grieve that company, but, you open the door to a new and exciting opportunity.

If you as the entrepreneur are willing to stop and take a step back to work on the foundational parts of your business it's amazing how things can change for the better. If your business isn't growing as fast as you want it to maybe it's because it's not clear enough yet.

If you're ready to start building your business in a different way and really understand how to put the process and communication systems in place, let's do this. Go to billionairecode.com/apply

  • 382 - Business Trauma is Real

When someone says "business isn't personal", I wonder what planet they came from. Business is personal. Business is who we are. When things are spiraling out of control within your business and you feel frustrated and anxious, it is every bit as traumatic as anything else that can happen in your life. When you acknowledge how you're feeling that's when you can start to move forward. I highly recommend EMDR therapy to my clients, it's the CEO's secret weapon.

You have to learn how to offload where you're uncomfortable and reduce trauma if you want to achieve long-term success. I want to see you get to six figures and beyond. If you're ready to start building a business around who you know you were meant to be, go to billionairecode.com/apply

  • 381 - Little Things Will Take You Down

As an entrepreneur, one of the first places you'll overlook, ignore, or neglect is your personal life. You won't treat with a sense of urgency the things that seem minor but become so major when they're not taken care of. When your business is exploding and you become so busy all your energy goes to your family and your work. The little things like the car registration will be forgotten or delayed day after day. But, sometimes it's the little things that will knock you so far back that you don't even know what just happened! Little things can suddenly become very important if you're not getting them done.

  • 380 - The CEO's Dilemma
I say it all the time, growth creates deficits and volume creates complexity. When you're alone in the organization you have the most information you'll ever have, you're the only one who knows what's going on. The second you hire just one person the amount you know diminishes slightly and it keeps going down as you grow. That's why It's so important to have structure and systems in your business. As a CEO you have to make increasingly important decisions with less and less information. For your business to succeed you need to be making the right decisions the majority of the time. If you follow processes you will have a business that grows at a pace that you didn't know it could - billionairecode.com/apply

  • 379 - Hurt your Team, Hurt their Family

If you're like me you expect a lot from your team and you want people working for you who are exceptional in their positions. If you have a strategic planning system in place and there's clear communication so your team can feel like they're winning, the best people that you have today are going to stick around. Early on in my career, I was so single-minded on success that there was collateral damage all over the place. It took me a long time to realize that if you hurt your team, you hurt their family and that's where they're going to fall apart. If you have really good people working for you, they don't just leave work at work. They take home the conversations, the frustration, and the overwhelm. If you want to understand how to keep A-players on your team long term, get their discretionary effort, and have the full support of their spouse and family. You have to do the right things in your business.

If you're interested in learning how to build a constructive company that has the right structures and systems in place so everybody is in momentum and is excited about what they're doing, reach out to us - billionairecode.com/apply

Successfully starting a business requires you to do everything. So, successfully starting a business conditions you to do everything. The idea gets stuck in your head that to continue to be successful you must keep doing more and more yourself. The goal for you as an entrepreneur should be to offload where you can so that you can grow and evolve. You need to offload to create space for the entrepreneur that you are becoming. If you're doing too much and you're overwhelmed, you are stunting your entrepreneurial growth.

Are you moving in the right direction? If you're ready to level-up, do more, and create a bigger impact, you owe it to yourself to go through our application process - billionairecode.com/apply - https://charfen.com/TimeStudy

  • 377 - Buy Expertise Successfully

When I was younger I never realized how much information and help was out there for me. I wish I knew then, what I know now.

Today, I understand that if you need expertise in your business the fastest way to get it is not to try and become an expert yourself but to just buy expertise wherever you can. Shortcut your learning curve because it's going to create way more progress and way more momentum for you. The challenge is swimming through the sea of information out there and buying the right expertise for you. We all know the person that's been to every event and every seminar but they're just not getting anywhere. Buying expertise you don't need is like buying medicine for a disease you don't have. I want you to buy expertise successfully. Let us show you how you can buy expertise from us that won't just change your business, it'll change your life - billionairecode.com/apply
