Have you ever been in a situation at work where you had growing responsibility but you didn’t necessarily have any of the perks that may come along with that additional responsibility? Well today that is what we are talking about! 

Today we are talking about how to handle the situation when you have growing responsibilities or growing duties but there really is no benefit, so maybe your title is changing, your salary is staying the same or your hourly wage is staying the same. So you have to do a bunch more work, but that what’s in it for me question, is like nada.
