This is a meditation to do first thing in the morning - although of course you can do it any time - but the benefits of meditating first thing in the morning are massive! In this meditation we are taking a gentle scan through the body and the Chakras and giving love and gratitude to our incredible body and the energies that it holds. It will give perspective and set you up with the best mindset for the day. A little daily reminder that you have everything you need within you already. And a reminder of the extraordinary power of gratitude for enlivening that awareness.


I hope that you can make this a daily practice even if you don't have time to listen to this - take in this practice and use it whenever, wherever you need to reset, gain perspective and get back in touch with your body.
