If you’ve had any kind of interaction with my business there’s a very good chance you’ve heard me sing Lex’s praises, and it was time to bring her on the show and share her gifts with the world.

We recorded this episode in-person in my living room during Lex’s birthday trip to SoCal, and it’s truly a special one.

Lex has been my left-AND-right-hand woman for a few years now, and has finally expanded her services and it’s help tons of other health and movement professionals level up all things digital as it relates their business, both online and brick and mortar. Simply put, Lex is a digital superhero. If you’re in the health and wellness space, I guarantee you want her on your team.
