Nicole Sin Quee believes that movement is a gift. And with movement, comes joy. We love this reframing, and that's why this week, Kathryn and Kristi chat with Nicole about all things movement. As a gravel cyclist, cyclo-cross racer, trail runner, triathlete, and bike-packer, she does a lot of it!

Nicole shares her keys to success as such a dedicated athlete. The trio discusses what it's like to set goals, try your best, and show up. Now racing on a BIPOC cyclocross team, Be Cyclocross, Nicole explains just how much representation matters. Further, Nicole talks about how her decision to compete is completely contingent on her family being on board as well. As Nicole says, "if you believe in yourself, you can do hard things".
