Narcissists all operate from the same playbook which makes them easier to identify observing their very predictable behaviour patterns. Narcissists are typically not emotionally intelligent or at least very under developed emotionally. Coupled with a malign approach when their control is in any way threatened or even perceived to be so, their emotional bomb throwing when taken to heart can cause confusion and destruction. Once you understand that the words and phrases narcissists commonly use at and during the discard are part and parcel of their disordered personality and malignant energy sources it becomes easier to depersonalise the experience. Education and understanding coupled with a depersonalisation can be very freeing and ultimately is the first stage in healing from such an encounter.

From the beginning of the relationship with a narcissist through devaluation and discard, to discovery of the truth via counselling this journey may well resonate and assist anyone on a healing journey. Throughout a human beings life at some point it is inevitable that one will encounter a covert narcissist. If when a person lands on earth and encounters a narcissistic parent or indeed multiple familial narcissists in a coven they will essentially find it difficult to suspect that what they encountered was not normal and that there is an alternative to the dark energy they were berthed into. Should they continue to be under narcissistic spiritual attack it may not be until adulthood that they become awakened to the darkness that lurks within such people. This educational podcast suggests that we are all born with an individual purpose. That some people are born with extreme light and have a purpose in that particular area to bring balance to the worlds energy, to bring hope and love where the narcissists energy seeks to destroy all that is good in others. This very spiritual battle is fought in the subconscious until such a time as the human of light is awakened to that which is distracting them from their purpose. Using this awful experience to awaken and bring an abundance of light into this world and upon yourself is a mighty victory against the many narcissists out there sent on assignment to stop such an occurrence.

Narcissists are solely transactional in their interpersonal relationships. They present to their targets from whom they wish to extract supply, a fake reality/dream customised exactly to any unfulfilled desires. Covert narcissists in particular hone in on both a potential target’s vulnerabilities and aspirations in order to broker a deal, fake love in exchange for potential total control and destruction. There may be multiple rounds of discards by a narcissist in an attempt to break a target down to such a lowly condition that the target will sell/hand over all self agency to a vampire like sucking narcissist. The narcissists end game is total control of a target.
