But, with everything being deemed “breaking news,” are we really just setting ourselves up for a constant state of anxiety? Are we truly INFORMED or are we all guilty of ambulance chasing with our eyeballs?

We’re joined by Jessica Yellin, former Chief White House Correspondent for CNN - to discuss why she walked away from a powerful news career to forge something entirely new: her platform, “News, Not Noise,” which helps us become conscious news consumers, armed with the ability to discern sensationalism from the things that truly matter to us in our daily lives.
