Welcome to this week’s episode of Next Level Human Podcast. This week’s topic is bad breath. As much as it might sound like a humorous theme for the great majority, there are a lot of people that suffer from this problem severely to the point that it prevents them from having relationships, friendships, or a regular daily routine. Known as its scientific name – halitosis -, bad breath can manifest due to different health issues.

Dr. Jade explains this problem more in depth and shares some great advice on how to get rid of the bad smells that can occur. You will learn the M.I.N.T. protocol (that stands for Mouth, Intestines, Nose, and Throat), how each one of them can affect oral health, and what you can do on a daily basis to prevent having bad breath. Simple habits like drinking water, flossing, and chewing gum are good options, but more advanced ones like washing the mouth with pure sources of liquid fat such as coconut and olive oil can also be effective. We can be special by delivering something special to the world. This is one of the most fundamental concepts that a next level human should be following. Finding purpose throughout life is truly a blessing that we all should be thankful for if we do find it, but passing on this purpose and all its teachings to the world and to a community is what makes us worthy of this blessing in the first place. The good should be shared.

Earn and manage money. Build and maintain physical health. Give and receive love. Create purpose and meaning. These are the four jobs that every human being should take into account when living the everyday life. These four activities are – or at least should be – the greatest incentives that guide our actions, our thoughts, our behaviors, and how we show up in the world. Without them, nothing flows the right way.

As a follow up to the episodes about Perception, Ownership, and Wisdom, today Dr. Jade talks about Engagement and Resolve. When we decide to step out of our old self, or the base level human self, and we finally change our perception, take ownership of how we feel, and acquire wisdom to know how to act differently, it’s time to start engaging in new habits and having resolve to keep moving forward.

It’s also important to accept that this entire process – the 6 powers process – is going to be very challenging because we eventually will be changing how we are, ever since we learned how to be. But, through these challenges and hard times and struggles, come the lessons and the insights we will use forever. At the end of our lives, we want – or at least should – to feel proud of our accomplishments. Tune in!

In this episode of Next Level Human Podcast, Dr. Jade talks about how to set up a personal and individualized nutrition program for yourself without having to abandon foods that you like or other personal preferences. In terms of losing weight (or gaining weight) or even maintaining weight and being more healthy, the only way to do it right is finding out what works best for you. There is no magic pill or magic recipe.

Being aware of the amount of calories you need to consume in order to lose weight is very important and has its value, but most people can create innumerous “systems” and use innumerous “tools” inside this method of monitoring calories to create results. The “system” you will use and the best “tool” for you, only you can tell and that might be unsatisfying for people to hear but it’s the best way to stick to progress. Tune in!

Death is perhaps the only certainty we have in life. No matter how you have been living your life, who you have been connecting with, or what actions you have been taking, death is coming for you – but it should not be a thing to fear. In fact, we don’t have a problem with death; we have a problem with fearing death, which is why we don’t like to talk about it throughout our lifespan. Remember you must die.

In this episode of Next Level Human Podcast, you will listen to a recording session where Dr. Jade and other guests talk about this concept of accepting death as a definitive result for all of us. Not accepting it, or maybe, being distressed about it can actually be the main cause not to live a fulfilled life, which can create regret. But, different from what most people think, wisdom is not just learning new information, reading new books, and acquiring more and more knowledge. Wisdom is also about experiencing what you know and living this knowledge in practice.

Our job to be a next level human involves not only wanting to be different, but putting all our effort in being different. Thoughts, actions, and feelings must be aligned with who we want to be, and that is the first rule. Otherwise, there will be two opposite sides, fighting for the chance to coexist. Taking ownership of what we need to change in order to change, is the beginning of achieving this next level.

In this episode of Next Level Human Podcast, Dr. Jade talks about the different metabolic states that humans can go through depending on exercise levels, eating choices (quantity of food and quality of food), and overall daily habits. For instance, the most common practice to lose weight is eating less while exercising more, which can be effective – and it is – but only if used for short periods of time. On the same note, metabolism is also affected by stress levels in the body. Metabolism can handle stress, but again, only for short periods of time. It’s important to note that people going through different metabolic states will experience different levels of hunger, cravings, and energy, and each person might get a singular solution for the same problem.
