Nichola White

Nichola @nicholawhite_ is a holistic coach, registered nurse of 30 years, and trauma-informed menopause specialist. Originally from near Newcastle in the UK, she moved to Australia after working in palliative care—deeply aware of how short life can be.

During the pandemic, while working on the wards and grieving her father from afar, she faced guilt, grief, and months of high-functioning anxiety. Wine became her escape—until burnout threw her into early menopause and forced her to pause.

That moment changed everything.

Nichola is now an accredited sobriety, mindset, and wellness coach, with certifications in NLP, hypnosis, EFT, and yoga for all stages of menopause. She supports midlife women to release emotional layers, reset their nervous systems, and reclaim clarity, confidence, and vitality—from the inside out.
