Today I chat with Nick Vagerakas and have a damn down to earth chat about LIFE! Well specifically, his life ventures to date!

Some of you may know Nick as the co-founder of Sydney Fitness Movement 'RUNDAY', however, today we get a little more personal with him. Nick has had a big shift in priorities recently and reconnected with his 'Why' in a completely new way. We go through the tools and tips he has used and trialled on his journey, on all things from his morning routine, to the power of identifying as a superhero. Some awesome topics including non-negotiable habits, taking the plunge with your career, owning vulnerabilities and being open to opportunities.
