Renee Barendregt became a single mum almost 3 years ago with her two beautiful boys Harry and Sonny. She recently became a solo mum a second time with her third little boy Ziggy. Ren shares with us how her biggest fears were in how she would be able to manage 3 boys on her own and in learning to find wholeness and completeness on her own- without looking to find the "missing piece" of the family puzzle in a relationship. Lastly, the journey of co-parenting and how letting go of anger and resentment has led to a beautiful and supportive co-parenting relationship with Harry and Sonny's dad and new partner.For many women the idea of becoming a single mum feels daunting and somewhat impossible, Ren generously shares how she navigated this and how the idea of becoming a single mum for the second time (while challenging) also felt empowering as she knew she could do it.
