          • Offer letter approvals: 1-5 days; total: 1-11 days
          • Offer acceptance: 0-2 days; total: 1-13 days
          • Background check: 2-10 days; total: 3-23 days
          • 2 week notice: 14 days; total: 17-37 days

            • Offer letter:

            • Make sure you understand everything
            • Ask questions
            • Compensation
              • Salary or hourly
              • Bonuses / commission
              • Benefits
              • Start date
              • Non competes / IP / etc.

                • Decide whether to accept, counter or decline

                Notice:

                • Always leave on good terms
                • 2+ weeks notice
