This week Sinead is joined by comedian Julie Jay for an uplifting, ball juggling mam chat.

A pessimist by nature Julie shares how she never believed motherhood would be something she’d ever be fortunate enough to live - it was something that happened to other people, but not for her. 

Meeting husband Fred Cooke & bringing Ted into the world in 2020 changed all that.
