Super fun chat today with Niki D’Agostino. Niki was able to consider herself in the emerge and thrive phase almost exactly one year into her DNRS training. When she first learned about DNRS it quickly became apparent she had some form of limbic system impairment since she was a child, but it was the sensitivities she was having to mold that led her to the program initially.
Niki is now living a calmer, happier and more grateful life in her dream home with her family who has also benefited from her doing this program. In our chat today we talk everything brain retraining, incremental training, the struggles, the successes, and what it means to take in the good. An attitude of gratitude goes a long way. A big take away today is that no matter where you are at, and how much you can commit, just do what you can, because we can all go at our own pace. It is not easy but it’s worth it, and we are all worth living the life our dreams!
