  • 96: Aura — The Energy That Speaks Before You Do

In this episode, I’m sharing something I’ve been noticing in my own life—how the energy we carry is shaping our experiences more than we realize. Before we say a word, before we walk into a room, we are already communicating through our presence. Some call it your aura, but I like to think of it as the emotional pattern we live in every day. The thoughts we think, the beliefs we hold, and how we feel about ourselves all create a signal—and that signal influences what we experience.

I open up about a recent day where my energy felt off and how everything around me seemed to reflect that. It made me realize how easy it is to unknowingly feed the very patterns we’re trying to break. This isn’t about blame or pressure—it’s about awareness. Because when we become aware of what we’re carrying, we gain the power to shift it. We don’t attract what we say we want—we attract what we consistently feel and believe at our core.

We talk about how to gently begin changing that energy by becoming more intentional with our thoughts, what we consume, and who we surround ourselves with. This is about creating a new internal environment so we can experience something different externally. And I leave you with a question to reflect on: If your energy is shaping your experience… is it creating more of what you want, or more of what you’ve been trying to escape?

And if there’s ever something you want me to talk about, or something you’re personally working through, send me a DM—I truly love hearing from you. I had the opportunity to support Tina this week, and moments like that mean so much to me.

And if this episode spoke to you, leaving a review helps other women find this space and be reminded of how powerful they really are.

    Until next time,

  • 95: What didn’t work for me this week

In today’s short and honest episode, I’m sharing a few real-life moments from this past week—times where things didn’t go as planned… and how they actually worked out better because of it.

We talk about what happens when we release control, quiet the ego, and allow things to unfold instead of forcing outcomes. From travel plans falling apart to creative frustration and even a tough emotional moment in my relationship—each experience pointed me back to the same truth:

When we let go, we create space for something better.

I also share how doing inner work—recognizing limiting beliefs, insecurities, and emotional triggers—has helped me respond differently in the moment, instead of reacting from old patterns.

And if you’ve ever tried to “perfect” your content, your work, or your process… you’ll definitely relate to the lesson I learned while trying to plan out my videos a little too much.

This episode is a reminder that:

    • Not everything needs to go according to plan

    • What feels like a setback can actually be support

    • Growth happens when we turn inward instead of outward

    • And sometimes… the best thing we can do is let go and trust

Short, simple, and straight from the heart—because even on the days that feel hard, we still show up.

If this episode spoke to you, I’d love for you to leave a review: ratethispodcast.com/ourreimaginedlife

      And as always…

      I love you. 💛

    • 94: Leading With Your Heart

One quiet evening in South Carolina, everything was still. The next night, the frogs were singing like someone flipped a switch and turned on spring. Standing there listening to that sudden symphony, I started wondering… what if our hearts work the same way? What if something inside of us is always alive, just waiting for the right moment to wake up?

In this episode, I share a powerful shift from living in self-protection mode to leading with the heart. We talk about comparison, competition, scarcity thinking, and the surprising freedom that comes when we move from asking “What can I get?” to “What can I give?” If you’ve ever felt stuck in fear, comparison, or the pressure to win, this conversation may help you flip the switch and see your life in a completely new way.

    • 93: The Power of Rituals in Creativity

Ever sit down to create and your mind goes completely blank?

Some days ideas flow easily. Other days creativity feels stuck. In this episode, we explore why that happens and how simple rituals can help shift your energy, quiet your mind, and reconnect you with inspiration.

We talk about creativity as energy, what commonly blocks creative flow, and how small practices like breathing, prayer, music, journaling, or clearing your space can help open the door for ideas again. You’ll also hear how science supports rituals and why they help prepare the brain for focus and creative thinking.

If you’ve ever felt stuck creatively, this episode will help you understand the conditions that allow inspiration to return.

    • 92: Dream Again to Feel Alive

In this episode, I talk about something many of us quietly stopped doing: dreaming.

Not the fantasy kind, and not in a “wish-on-a-star” way, but the intentional, soul-awakening kind of dreaming we used to do before life told us to be realistic.

I explore how survival mode slowly replaces imagination, and how stress, pressure, deadlines, and the constant noise around us can disconnect us from what truly makes us feel alive.

We also dive into the science behind dreaming and visualization. I explain how our brain forms neural pathways based on repetition and emotion, and how consciously imagining a future that excites us can begin to rewire those patterns.

When we stop rehearsing problems and start rehearsing possibilities, we shift from scarcity into creativity. This is how our goals should be created. From here.

Dreaming isn’t irresponsible — it’s powerful. It changes our chemistry, influences our subconscious, and helps us reconnect with joy, hope, and purpose.

If fear didn’t exist, how would you live? What would you want life to feel? This isn’t about accomplishing something massive overnight. It’s about giving ourselves permission to dream again.

Because dreaming is how we begin to feel alive.

And from there… we can build.

      Until next Thursday,

      I love you.

    • 91: 5 Pieces of Advice I Wish I Never Gave My Children

I’ve been thinking about the advice we inherit… and the advice we pass down. The things we say with love and protection in our hearts — but later realize may not have been fully true.

There are five pieces of advice I gave my children that I would rewrite today.

Not because I was a bad mom.

But because I’ve grown. And I’ve learned.

So many of us are living from beliefs we inherited. We were taught to play it safe, delay joy, lower expectations, and work harder than necessary. But what if those rules don’t fit anymore?

But we have all the control and power to change our beliefs.

I’m showing you how in the Goals Reimagined Masterclass.

    • 90: Why Romanticizing Your Life is the Missing Piece

What if romanticizing your life isn’t about aesthetics… but alignment?

With Valentine’s Day right around the corner, there’s so much conversation about loving others. But what if this season is an invitation to love ourselves — not in a selfish way, but in a present, intentional, self-honoring way?

In this episode, I share how romanticizing our lives moves us out of survival mode and back into alignment with our true self.

      We talk about:

      • Turning ordinary mornings into special moments

      • Journaling in a way that builds identity, not pressure

      • The nervous system effects of chronic busyness

      • Self-trust as the deepest form of romance

      • Why love feels different when it comes from overflow

      • Rest, Intuition and more…

Romanticizing your life isn’t just about candles and clothing (though those are nice).
It’s about choosing alignment over autopilot.

If you’ve felt like something is unfinished — not because your life is bad, but because you sense there’s more — this episode will speak directly to you.

And if you’re ready to go deeper into learning how to achieve your dreams and find purpose in your life, join me in the upcoming Goals Reimagined Masterclass. You can learn more and see if its a good fit for you at

In this episode, I’m inviting you to consider a different perspective—one where life isn’t winding down, but quietly asking you to wake up!When your days feel repetitive, your joy feels muted, or you’re moving through life on autopilot, it’s not a sign that something is wrong with you. It’s often a signal that your soul is ready for more aliveness.

Today we talk about why working on yourself is leadership, how your inner work creates a ripple effect for your family and future generations, and why your life isn’t limited by what’s possible out there—but by what you allow to move through you.

If this conversation stirs something in you but also brings up uncertainty—like not knowing what you want anymore or feeling overwhelmed by options—that’s exactly what we work through inside my Goals Reimagined Masterclass. • 88: Life Begins Outside the Comfort Zone

Comfort zones can feel safe… but they can also quietly keep us from becoming who we’re meant to be.

In this episode, I talk about why real growth almost always begins with discomfort—and how learning to trust yourself is often the first step toward meaningful change. I share a personal story about stepping outside my own comfort zone early in my journey, and why that moment changed everything.

If you’ve been feeling a nudge toward something more but aren’t quite sure how to move forward, this conversation is for you.

        ✨ Tune in to explore:

        • Why comfort zones can hold us back

        • How courage is built after we take the step

        • Gentle ways to move forward without forcing or rushing

Thanks so much for listening. If you have ideas for future topics or questions you’d like me to explore, I’d love to hear from you. Be sure to tune in next week for a new episode.

        • 87: What the Monks Taught Me About Peace

In this episode, I’m sharing a story I didn’t plan to tell but one that stayed with me long after it happened.

What started as an offhand comment from my daughter slowly became a quiet pull I couldn’t ignore. A group of monks walking across the country for peace kept showing up in my awareness—through conversation, social media, and intuition—until I finally paid attention.

I followed that nudge to a small county courthouse near my home, where I found myself standing among strangers, watching monks sit peacefully under a magnolia tree, completely unbothered by noise, cameras, or crowds. What unfolded there was subtle, sacred, and unexpectedly emotional.

Today I want to share the message I heard from the monks—one rooted in compassion, forgiveness, focus, and the idea that peace isn’t something we wait for… it’s something we practice.

This isn’t an episode about religion. It’s about awareness. Presence.

And what can happen when we slow down long enough to notice what’s being placed in our path.
          Peace be with you.

I love you, and I’ll see you next Thursday.

About Our Reimagined Life: Empowering Me, You, and Us Seeking Happiness and Self Worth

        From the publisher's feed

Welcome to "Our Reimagined Life." I'm Julie Siomacco, a middle-aged empty nester living in South Carolina with a passion for flowers. My journey began in 2009 with an online wreath-making business, Southern Charm Wreaths, which I grew from my kitchen table with the support of coaches, my husband, and a dedicated team. Reflecting on the early days, I realize I was driven by limiting beliefs and fears imposed by societal expectations and personal insecurities.
