  • 86: 25 Affirmations for Becoming the Woman Who Follows Through

January has a way of inviting reflection. Conversations about resolutions, goals, and intentions seem to be everywhere this time of year. And yet, so many women find themselves starting strong and then quietly letting their goals fall away.

In this episode, I explore why follow-through isn’t a matter of discipline or desire—and why it has much more to do with identity. We talk about why the subconscious mind plays such an important role in habits and how affirmations can support real, lasting change when they’re combined with life experiences.

If you’ve ever struggled to stay consistent with goals that matter to you, this episode is here to remind you of something important: you already know how to follow through. You’ve done it for others. Now it’s time to turn that same commitment inward.

This episode includes 25 affirmations designed to help you step into the identity of a woman who honors her word, trusts herself, and follows through with calm confidence. You can return to these affirmations anytime you need grounding, clarity, or momentum.

If this episode supported you, I’d be so grateful if you left a review. Reviews help this podcast reach more women who are ready to reimagine their lives. You can leave one at ratethispodcast.com/ourreimaginedlife

  • 85: You Have to Be Delusional to Become Successful

What if real change requires believing in something before there’s any proof it’s possible?

In this episode, I explore what it really means to be “delusional”—not disconnected from reality, but willing to hold belief before evidence shows up. Some call this the Law of Assumption. My daughter calls it “being delulu until it’s trulu.” And while that phrase sounds playful, there’s a grounded, scientific reason this way of thinking works.

Most of what we’ve already accomplished in our lives didn’t begin with proof. It began with a decision—believing in a future that didn’t yet match our circumstances. From the outside, and even from the inside, that kind of belief can look unreasonable to us and others. But it’s often the first step toward change.

If this episode resonated, try the Delusional Week Challenge—choose one area of your life and experiment with believing before evidence shows up. And if someone came to mind while listening, share this episode with them.

  • 84: Certainty Writes RealityWe Never Get What We Want

What if the reason things aren’t moving isn’t because we’re doing something wrong—but because we’re still negotiating with the outcome?

In this episode, I explore the idea that certainty is the force that shapes reality. Not belief. Not wishing. Not hoping. But the quiet, embodied knowing that the outcome is already decided.

We talk about why belief can still wobble, why faith has been taught across centuries, and how certainty lives deeper—in the body, the nervous system, and our identity. We look at real-world examples where certainty moved mountains long before proof existed, and why reality consistently responds to clarity instead of effort.

This conversation is about moving differently.Choosing differently. And taking responsibility for what we’re being certain about—consciously or unconsciously.

If this episode found you, consider it a sign to move with more confidence, more faith, and more ownership of your life. Stop waiting for permission. Decide who you are. Decide what’s next. And let reality adjust.

    I love you.

  • 83: We Never Get What We Want

What if the reason we don’t have what we want… is because we keep wanting it?

In this episode, I reflect on the difference between wanting and desiring—and how the words we use quietly shape the state we’re living from. I share an idea from a book I’ve been reading that helped me see how wanting keeps us in a perpetual state of lack, while desire carries a very different energy.

We explore how Universal Law responds precisely to our thoughts, words, and states of being, why it’s easy to shift out of wanting for familiar things, and why that shift feels harder when we’re reaching for something we’ve never experienced before.

I also share a personal story from our recent move into our new home that helped this concept click for me in a real, everyday way.

This isn’t about forcing outcomes—it’s about noticing the words we live by, softening wanting into desire, and trusting divine timing.

Sometimes the shifts that change everything aren’t loud or dramatic. They’re quiet. They’re simple.

  • 82: Is Your Sponsoring Thought Sabotaging You?

Today I’m sharing a discovery that made me pause and think. While reading in my new office — which still feels surreal to say — I came across the idea of sponsoring thoughts. These are the deeper beliefs underneath our everyday thoughts…the ones that quietly shape our choices, expectations, and results. A Facebook post about craft show sales opened my eyes even more. In the comments, I saw so many different beliefs running the show — fear, doubt, comparison, frustration. And I realized how often we all carry thoughts that never really belonged to us in the first place.

In this episode, I walk through what sponsoring thoughts are, how they influence our vibration and results, and why two people can live through the same experience yet have completely different outcomes. I share a personal example from my Black Friday sale this year and how shifting my beliefs — and trusting my team — helped us create the best results we’ve ever had, even in a season where many were struggling. We talk about absolute versus relative truth, and how universal laws remind us that we don’t experience life as it is…we experience life as we are.

Together, we look at how to uncover old beliefs, question them, and choose thoughts that support the life we want to create. When we shift the thought beneath the thought, something inside us rises. New doors open. Possibility returns. And we see that we’re not stuck with the stories we were handed. I close today’s conversation with an invitation to reflect on your own sponsoring thoughts — especially the ones that are ready to evolve.

Share your thoughts on our website at OurReimaginedLife.com, comment under this episode and tell me:If you could choose a new sponsoring thought today, what would it be?

I love you, and I'm grateful we’re walking this journey together. Until next time…

  • 81: End the Year With a WOW: How to Finish Strong and Live With Purpose

As we get close to wrapping up 2025, I’ve been reflecting on how easy it is to let one year slide right into the next without really noticing the growth, the lessons, or the quiet miracles that carried us. For so many years, that was my story—years blending together, a quick “Happy New Year,” and then right back into the routine.

But something shifted in me over the last decade. I realized I don’t want to simply exist through my years… I want to LIVE them. Fully. Intentionally. With meaning and purpose. And that’s what today’s episode is all about, ending the year with a WOW.

In this episode, we walk through what it looks like to end the year intentionally—with reflection, clarity, courage, and celebration. I talk about writing a letter to myself to acknowledge my accomplishments, the things that didn’t go as planned, the lessons I learned, and what I want to carry into the next year. I also share what I’ve learned about creating WOW moments on purpose:

WOW years don’t happen by accident.

I can’t wait to hear how you plan to make 2026 your WOW year! If this episode encourages you, I’d love for you to share it with another woman who might need this message, or leave a review at ratethispodcast.com/ourreimaginedlife so more can find this space and walk this journey with us.

  • Can Goal Setting Increase Happiness?

In this episode of "Our Reimagined Life," we explore how goal setting can significantly boost your happiness and provide a sense of purpose. Sharing personal experiences, I illustrate how setting clear, actionable goals helped me transition from a job I dreaded to a fulfilling career. Goals give us direction and a roadmap to follow, and achieving them builds confidence that reverberates throughout other aspects of our lives. By focusing on our desired outcomes and maintaining faith in our efforts, we can transform our lives and increase our overall joy.

We delve into various types of goals—Knowing Goals, Thinking Goals, and Fantasy Goals—and how each can contribute to our growth and happiness. I share practical tips for effective goal setting, such as making goals measurable, creating action plans, and celebrating small wins along the way. Emphasizing the importance of writing down goals and visualizing success, I highlight how these practices align with the Law of Attraction and help manifest our desires into reality.

Goal setting is not just about achieving specific outcomes; it’s about the personal transformation that occurs along the way. By setting and pursuing meaningful goals, we build confidence, develop resilience, and live more intentional lives. Join me in this episode as we uncover the power of goal setting and how it can help you lead a happier, more fulfilled life. • 79: What If You’re Ready for a New Season

In this episode, Julie explores the spiritual seasons of life; how to know when it’s time to let go, trust divine timing, and make space for what’s next.

On my drive home, a small tree in the middle of changing for fall caught my eye. Part red, part orange, part yellow, and still a little green. It reminded me how life works in seasons and how sometimes we find ourselves standing in the middle of change, not quite who we were, but not yet who we’re becoming.

In this episode, I talk about recognizing when it’s time to release something that no longer fits and how to trust that what’s next is unfolding in divine timing. I share how I’ve learned to sense those shifts in my own life, how letting go can feel messy and uncertain, and how we can move through those transitions with peace and faith instead of fear.

When you’re moving through a season of transformation, people may try to read into it as something negative when it’s really a positive, it’s your realignment with your soul.

If you’ve been feeling that inner nudge to change something, big or small, this episode will remind you that every ending makes space for something new. The universe is always working in your favor through every season of life.

About Our Reimagined Life: Empowering Me, You, and Us Seeking Happiness and Self Worth

From the publisher's feed

Welcome to "Our Reimagined Life." I'm Julie Siomacco, a middle-aged empty nester living in South Carolina with a passion for flowers. My journey began in 2009 with an online wreath-making business, Southern Charm Wreaths, which I grew from my kitchen table with the support of coaches, my husband, and a dedicated team. Reflecting on the early days, I realize I was driven by limiting beliefs and fears imposed by societal expectations and personal insecurities.
