  • 77: How Melissa Morrow Lost 100 Pounds Using Visualization

In this inspiring episode of Our Reimagined Life, I sit down with my friend and fellow creative, Melissa Morrow, to talk about how she used the power of visualization and self-worth to completely transform her health — losing over 100 pounds and gaining a deeper sense of peace, confidence, and abundance.

Melissa’s story isn’t just about physical change. It’s about the courage to believe in what’s possible, even when you can’t see it yet. We talk about how she began to visualize the woman she wanted to become, how mindset played a role in her transformation, and how that inner work rippled out into other areas of her life — including her business.

    Listen and learn..

    • How Melissa shifted from burnout and frustration to clarity and momentum

    • The visualization techniques that helped her embody the “new her” before she took physical action

    • What she did when doubt crept in or the scale wouldn’t move

    • How her transformation has changed her confidence & creativity

    • Why self-worth and abundance always begin on the inside

“The mental work came before the physical change — once I saw myself differently, my life began to change to match that vision.” — Melissa Morrow

Melissa’s story is a beautiful reminder that abundance starts with how we see ourselves. When we believe we’re worthy of more — more health, joy, energy, and love — life begins to rise up to meet that belief.

  • 76: When the Hard Thing Becomes the Holy Thing

There’s no easy way to do a hard thing. But sometimes, the hard thing becomes the holy thing — the moment that shapes us into who we were always meant to be.

In this episode, I share the full-circle realization that learning to budget during one of the hardest seasons of our lives prepared us for something far greater — building our dream lake home. What once felt like survival became the foundation for abundance.

We’ll talk about how every challenge we face, in business, in relationships, in faith, is sacred preparation. I’ll share how science even confirms it: our brains rewire through difficulty, strengthening us for the next chapter of life.

If you’re walking through something hard right now, take heart. You’re not behind, you’re being built. You’re not being punished, you’re being prepared.

    • 74: Reimagining Your Self-Worth

What if the results you see in your life are simply a reflection of how you see yourself?

In this episode of Our Reimagined Life, I’m sharing what I’ve been learning about self-worth — and how your inner self-image quietly directs the results you experience.

I’ll also share a personal story from when I first started selling my wreaths — a time when I didn’t believe I was good enough or that my work was worth paying for.

We’ll review writing a self-image script, discover ways to identify and embody the traits of your higher self, and how to retrain your subconscious mind to align with who you’re becoming.

This episode is your reminder that you are already made in God’s likeness; already worthy, already capable, already enough.

So take this as your sign to build your better image. See yourself as everything you’re meant to be and watch your world begin to shift.

💛 When we reimagine how we see ourselves, we reimagine what’s possible for our lives.

    • 73: Living Your Purpose Through the Law of Dharma

Have you ever felt a tug on your heart, a whisper that you were meant for something more? That’s the call of your dharma.

In this episode, I share my personal journey of discovering my own purpose — from being a stay-at-home mom struggling with chronic hives to finding healing and fulfillment through wreath making and teaching. Along the way, I realized my dharma wasn’t just about creating wreaths, but about helping women step into creativity, abundance, and courage.

We’ll talk about what the Law of Dharma really means, what it is not, and some common misconceptions that hold us back from living our purpose. You’ll also learn how to begin recognizing your unique talents and how to use them in service to others.

If you’re ready to explore your own dharma, I’d love to hear from you. You can always reach out to me at ourreimaginedlife.com.

    • 72: Balance is Power: Living the Law of Gender

Some of us pride ourselves on being doers—always chasing deadlines, checking off lists, and moving forward. Others live in the space of dreamers—full of vision and creativity, but struggling to bring ideas into form. The Universal Law of Gender shows us that neither extreme leads to fulfillment. Instead, this law teaches that everything in the universe contains both masculine and feminine energy, and true power comes when we learn to balance the two.

In this episode, I dive into what the Law of Gender really means—far beyond biology or sex—and how it shows up in our daily lives. I share personal stories of leaning too far into my masculine side, times when I’ve stayed too long in the feminine, and what I’ve learned about creating harmony between the two. Even in simple, everyday moments, this law is always at work.

You’ll also hear practical ways to apply the Law of Gender to your own life—through awareness, scheduling both flow and action, honoring your body’s rhythms, and making decisions that combine intuition with follow-through. My hope is that by the end of this episode, you’ll see how living the Law of Gender can bring more balance, joy, and empowerment to your journey.

    • 71: Words I Had to Stop Saying to Get Lowkey Rich

What if your words are keeping you broke?

This week’s episode was inspired by our Prosperity Pages book club, where we’re reading The Secret by Rhonda Byrne. In the money chapter, it hit me: the words we speak are the very things we’re attracting. And once I started changing my language, I began living what I now call lowkey rich.

So what does that mean? For me, it’s when money feels easy. I don’t stress over every penny. I have the freedom to make choices based on what matters most, not on fear.

In this episode, I’ll share the phrases I had to quit saying—and what I say now instead—that completely shifted my money reality. We’ll talk about things like:

      • Why “I can’t afford it” blocks abundance—and the powerful alternative that opens possibilities.

      • How “I don’t have time” keeps you stuck, and the mindset shift that frees you.

      • The sneaky everyday habit (we all do it) that magnifies stress and keeps you broke.

The biggest takeaway? Words are like spells. They sink into your subconscious, influence your actions, and shape your results. And when you change your words, you change your wealth.

✨ Tune in and learn how to flip your language from lack to abundance, one phrase at a time.

        Until next week,

        I love you!

      • 70: Faith and Belief: The Universal Law That Unlocks Your Potential

What if the greatest limitation in my life — and in yours — isn’t our circumstances, but instead our belief in what’s possible? In this episode of Our Reimagined Life, I’m sharing one of the most powerful principles I’ve learned: the Universal Law of Faith and Belief. You won’t always see this one on the official lists of Universal Laws, but I believe it’s the activator behind every single one of them. Without belief, the Law of Attraction has nothing to work with. Without faith, the Law of Cause and Effect doesn’t move us forward.

I share a story from one of our members preparing for her very first craft show, as well as one from my own journey when someone first suggested I sell my wreaths. Both stories show how our self-worth sets the ceiling for what we allow ourselves to receive. If we don’t believe we’re worthy of abundance, joy, and success, we unconsciously block it. But once we begin to recognize our divine worth and lean into faith, everything changes.

You’ll also hear practical ways to start applying this law in your daily life, from identifying limiting beliefs to taking one faith-filled action right now. My hope is that this episode reminds you that faith and belief are the twin pillars holding up your dreams.

If this message resonated with you, share this episode with a friend who needs the reminder, and leave a review at ratethispodcast.com/ourreimaginedlife. And stay tuned, because next week I’m going to share the words I had to stop saying in order to become what I call “low-key rich.”

        I love you,

        Julie 💛

      • 69: Finding Freedom with The Universal Law of Forgiveness

What if the very thing keeping you from peace, joy, and abundance isn’t outside of you at all, but the weight of unforgiveness you’ve been carrying? In this episode of Our Reimagined Life, I’m continuing our Summer mini-series on the Universal Laws for Beginners, and today we’re exploring the Law of Forgiveness. This law is not optional for a life of freedom—it’s the doorway to love, creativity, health, and abundance.

I share my own story of carrying resentment for years, how it shaped my relationships, and the shift that happened when I finally chose to forgive. We’ll talk about the two sides of forgiveness—toward others and toward ourselves—and why both are necessary for living free. Forgiveness isn’t about excusing the past or pretending it didn’t matter. It’s about releasing yourself from the heavy chains of resentment so you can live in alignment with divine love.

You’ll also learn practical steps you can take to begin your own journey of forgiveness—reflection, reframing, releasing, and even a mantra to help you feel the shift in your body. And we’ll return to the words of Jesus, who reminded us to forgive “seventy times seven,” meaning its something we much consistently do.

If today’s episode spoke to you, would you do me a favor? Share it with a friend who might need this reminder, and leave a review at ratethispodcast.com/ourreimaginedlife. So that we can spread this message to more people who are ready to reimagine their life.

      • 68: What the Law of Giving & Gratitude is Teaching Me

Have you ever stopped to ask yourself, Am I really a generous person? That’s the question I’ve been sitting with lately, and in this episode, I’m getting honest about what I’ve discovered. We’re talking about the Universal Law of Giving & Gratitude — what it is, how it works, and why the energy behind our giving matters just as much as the gift itself.

I share my own journey of realizing that while I give freely in certain ways — like encouragement, inspiration, and love to my kids — other forms of giving often comes with conditions. For years, I tithed out of habit, not heart. But this law has shown me that true giving happens when we consciously choose to give from love, to causes that light us up, and with gratitude that amplifies the energy we’ve released into the world. Together, we’ll explore how giving and gratitude keep the flow of abundance moving in our lives.

If this episode resonates with you, I’d be so grateful if you left a review at ratethispodcast.com/ourreimaginedlife — it’s one of the best ways to help others find the show.

        I love you.

About Our Reimagined Life: Empowering Me, You, and Us Seeking Happiness and Self Worth

      From the publisher's feed

Welcome to "Our Reimagined Life." I'm Julie Siomacco, a middle-aged empty nester living in South Carolina with a passion for flowers. My journey began in 2009 with an online wreath-making business, Southern Charm Wreaths, which I grew from my kitchen table with the support of coaches, my husband, and a dedicated team. Reflecting on the early days, I realize I was driven by limiting beliefs and fears imposed by societal expectations and personal insecurities.
